Dr. Jiang is a computational social scientist in the area of big data analytics, social media analytics, data mining and visualization, social and semantic network analysis, and international communication. She received her Ph.D. in Communication Science from the University of California, Davis in 2017. Now she is the Assistant Professor of Communications in the School of Communications at Elon University.
